Question : I have what seems to be a swelled vein between anal and scrotoms. also a continueous sticky substance drainage what could this be? ive had this for a long time.

This is possible perianal fistula or abscess and you should do magnetic resonance imaging to rule this out. Being would not cause draining. You should do colonoscopy and cystoscopy if there is fistula. Wish you good health. Regards
