Question : My wife had rough masturbation with another man (we're a cuckold couple) and right after masturbation ended her vulva was really swollen. Is this something that might occur just by masturbation?

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply, doctor XXXXXXX Just to expand on our health concern, we'd like to be straightforward. We're a cuckold marriage. My wife's living in Paris while I live in Mexico City. So, there's a need for us to search for healthy and responsible males to have intercourse and date my wife. We are very, and I mean 'paranoid', concerned about health, using condoms on every encounter we have and trying to find people who are as health-driven as we are. Our question would be, is there anything we might do besides condom use for every session and regular testing? We've seen promiscuous people who don't really pay attention to health issues, and we like to think we don't follow our path ourselves.
