Brief Answer:
it could be VasoVagal attack.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that the symptoms can be due to a VasoVagal attack. It can be due to decreased blood supply to brain . The symptoms improve when the brain gets proper blood supply.
Diet should be proper. Blood pressure and heart rate monitoring should be done along with a scan of the brain and an ECG. Blood pressure and heart rate should be maintained in normal range. A clinical examination and investigation by your doctor will help in planning further medical management.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
