Question : My heart rate is 122bpm on and off and i am breathless at these times. My hands are often puffy and my right lower leg is slightly larger from the knee down. I am unsure why this is happening.

Brief Answer:
Following answer to your query.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

You are experiencing tachycardia, with leg swelling and dyspnoea. These findings are suggestive for heart failure.

This is why I would like to suggest to do the following examinations (to exclude / confirm this diagnosis) to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- blood work
- ecg
- cardiac echo
- chest x ray

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
