Brief Answer:
Tarry stools are suggestive of an upper GI bleed -? peptic ulcer

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,

Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
Tarry stool with abdominal pain is suggestive of a peptic ulcer in the stomach or duodenum with bleeding.
The medicine Amlodepine/Losartan is very similar in action to Azor and this is not the cause. You can have dry mouth and a dry cough as a side effect of the medicine.
You require to be investigated with a hemogram and preferably an upper gastrintestinal endoscopy.
Take Care,
Dr Noble Zachariah
