Question : I am a 30year old female who has been unwell since December with temperature sensitivity, fatigue particularly worse after exercise, heart palpitations, blurred vision, difficulty concentrating, nausea and vertigo among other things. I have previously been diagnosed with reflux, rhinitis, IBS, migraines, disc degeneration, arthritis, sciatica and tmj disorder however prior to December all were under control. I take zoton fast tabs & motilium, levlen plus vitamin supplements. My GP is trialling me on lexapro before planning to conduct further tests but in the meantime I am now suffering from the flu. I was wondering if it's ok to take coral cold & flu medication.
Brief Answer:
Yes, its ok to take them e.g Loratidine , levocetirizine
Detailed Answer:

I appreciate your concern
Yes, you can take cold and flu medication with the medication you listed. Try to avoid any alcohol use with the cold medication. Safe options in this regard would be Loratidine or Levocetirizine which have no significant interactions with the drugs you listed. You may also take Acetaminophen for associated headache or body aches.
Please consult your doctor before deciding on any further course of action
