Brief Answer:
side effect of drug, inform doctor, no change in drug or dose is needed at present

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM

Your doctor has prescribed this medication because he or she has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects.

Prozav is fluoxetine an SSRI. Blurred vision, tunnel vision, eye pain or swelling, or seeing halos around lights, some times this effect can result in occasional black out.

This effect should reduce within week or so, but I would suggest you to visit your consulting doctor once inform him about this. Presently I would not have changed the drug or dose.

Hope this information helped.

Take care
