Brief Answer:
This appears like contact dermatitis of skin of forehead.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. Shama and I will be answering your question.

From the history you have provided it appears like you are having momentary swelling of the forehead.
This can be because of contact dermatitis as a result of exposure to allergens or contact with local irritants.
Hence try to find out and avoid any type of allergen or local irritant. Applying cold compression, anti-allergic tablets and local application of moisturizing cream will be of help.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Please do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
