Brief Answer:
You are most probably having acute mastoiditis .

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having
acute mastoiditis ( Mastoiditis is a bacterial infection of the mastoid bone ) .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
consult ENT specialist or emergency department as soon as possible for examination .
You may need hospital admission & IV antibiotics .

Till then use , tab Paracetamol for pain with swelling &
Antihistaminic Tab Claritin (Loratadine 10mg) at night .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.
