What Causes Tenderness In Nipples Along With Left Arm?

Question : Hi, I am a 59 year old man. I have over the past few weeks found that my left nipple area has become very tender and the inside of my left arm is aching. Does not sound like heart attack, but is getting worse
. Any suggestions?

Your problem isn't related to heart disease but more likely is due to liver, hormonal disbalance, infection and tumoral disease.

This is why I would like to recommend doing the following examinations:
- Blood work including liver panel.
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Nipple ultrasound
- Chest x ray
This examinations will help to differentiate between different diagnosis and find the accurate one.
