Question : I have had a tender left testicle for about a week. No other symptoms. normal urination.

                                    Brief Answer:
Is it increased in size?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Is this testes increased in size? Are you having the pain all the times or intermittently? Any changes in urination?
If the pain is mild, isolated with no other symptoms, I will suggest you get a more supportive underwear and monitor only. If the pain persists or get worse, then we should go ahead and get your testis examined and probably an ultrasound done.
Keep me posted on this and feel free to follow up if need be and when need arises.

I don't feel there is any swelling. The pain is greatest when pressure applied. Otherwise, the pain is mild.

Then, I will say monitor only for now!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I will say monitor only for now as it doesn't seem to be suggestive of any serious health issue. Also, avoid constantly applying pressure as this might soon become the cause and worsening factor.
Thanks
