Brief Answer:
Workup and evaluation required

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on the information you provided, a local infection of the nipple ( e.g staphylococcal infection ) , hidraedenitis, mastitis are possible causes. Examination of the nipples, breasts, axillary lymph nodes would be required. Based on the physical exam findings, FNAC, biopsy or an Ultrasound can be advised as part of the workup. the chest pain associated with these symptoms should not be ignored even though it appears to be non cardiac. An ECG should be done to rule out any cardiac issue.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
