Infectious cause likely with the short history
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
A short history of 3 days of tenesmus, cramps and some fecal incontinence indicates an infective cause. Stool routine examination and culture can be advised. Based on the routine exam findings antibiotics and deworming medication can be advised. If occult blood is positive in stool then colonoscopy can be advised. Local examination for possible anal fissure or hemorrhoids should be done before embarking upon investigations, in consultation with your doctor.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
