Brief Answer:
Take symptomatic treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

From all these facts that you have shared here, it is more likely to be having tension type of headache with muscular pain over back arms and armpits.

It is usually relieved by taking over the counter appropriate pain killers and at the same time eliminating the triggering factor or precipitating factors if you have anyone from this like sleep deprivation or wrong/uncomfortable posture or eye strains or stress or long working hours in one position or even severe gas trouble etc.

Also let me know about your constant headache and strange feeling in head with internal jitters.

Is this headache associated with nausea or vomiting or any other symptoms?
Have you tried any medications to get relieved from headache?
Was there any triggering factor (as I mentioned above) for headache?
Since how many days you are having this symptoms?

However,if symptoms are not troublesome then,in my advice, you should take over the counter pain killer like Tab.ibuprofen 400 mg or Tab.naproxen 400 for symptomatic relief from muscle pain and headache.

Anti-anxiety medication (ex.Recita forte) would also be helpful to reduce stress level (if so )and if you have not adequate sleep but you will need prescription from some local doctor or GP for this anti-anxiety drugs.

Take antacid tablets Pantoprazole 40 mg twice daily if you have stomach upset.

Take plenty of fluids (simple water or lemon water) with lots of fruit juices (apple juice) for next 3 to 5 days.

Avoid oily/spicy/fatty food rather, take soft diet only for initial few days.

We may expect this symptoms to resolve within 2 to 3 days.

Further,it would also be better to rule out anemia (check blood hemoglobin level),blood sugar, vitamin deficiency (Vitamin D and B12) with thyroid dysfunction if not done previously.

Hope this helps and get back to me with more information.

Thank you for the answer. I have a suspition that it may be my sinuses. I feel very couldy in my head, and like it is in a vice grip. My Dr. Did do a sinus x-ray but saw no infection. I think my sineses may be full up in my head, if that makes any sence. Ifeel as tho it affects my vision because of the tension around my eyes.

Brief Answer:
Unlikely due to sinusitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the reply.

Sinusitis may also some times cause this kind of headache and fullness in head.

But there is also runny nose, cold or post nasal drip kind of symptoms seen if there is chronic sinusitis issue.

Also, tension headache is the likely possibility of your both eye pain or tension.

So,considering your clear X-ray of sinus, I would not think about the possibility of sinusitis here.

You may take above mentioned symptomatic treatment for initial few days and most probably your symptoms would get resolved.
