Brief Answer:
Need to rule out fracture, infection, loose implant

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

You need to get ruled out for infection, loosening of the implant or periprosthetic bone stress or fracture.

Get an Xray, apply cold packs to the painful regions, avoid full weight bearing if it hurts too much. Keep the limb elevated.

Perform physiotherapy for the involved limb. Kindly upload the Xray for my reference.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Brief Answer:
Exercise

Detailed Answer:
Exercise, stretching, weight management to keep fit and avoid obesity, using soft silicone heel inserts or MCI Rubber footwear. These are best options other than added physiotherapy like Ultrasound or IFT therapies.
