FSH 8.06, LH 8.24, PROLATIN 5.4, TESTOSETRONE 364.7

                                    Brief Answer:
Focal spermatogenesis may be there.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, I think according to your reports, it may be a sertoli cell only syndrome or atrophic pattern. In this, focal spermatogenesis may be seen. FNAC can't tell the exact architecture of testis. So, it has limitations in diagnosing atrophy. I think you should go for a inhibin B level to predict the success of TESE or Micro TESA. It is a good predictor of that according to various studies. Also do a karyotyping for yourself. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. If no sperms are found on TESE or micro TESA also, you will have to go for a donor sperm.Hope I have answered your question.
