Question : I currently have an epididymitis on both testicles, and recently have been experiencing erectile disfunction and arousal with my wife. Are these related to my erectile disfunction and arousal? I have not consulted my doctor yet but plan to this up coming week.

I have gone through your query. Yes, epididymitis may lead to erectile dysfunction but this is temporary if treatment is done soon. Both are not directly related. ED is due to other symptoms of epididymitis like pain and inflammation.
You should not delay to seek doctor's prescription as it may lead to some serious complications like torsion of testes and sterility.

Thanks for the follow up. Antibiotics like ciprofloxacin for 2 weeks will help in this condition. Analgesics will be given if you are having pain. But you should seek medical prescription sooner to prevent complications.
