Question : My testicles have turned red and ache recently. I also have neck tension and cracking. I feel very different lately

Probable infection – Epididymo orchitis?
At this age, neck problem likely from muscle spasm
Appropriate treatment demands accurate diagnosis
And diagnosis demands examination; probably investigation too; get examined
In the meantime, Non-Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drug like Ibuprofen may be useful

The best option is to consult an XXXXXXX (Urologist) / if not, an Endocrinologist (Hormone specialist) – they are the appropriate specialists in this field.
You need physical examination; possibly investigations too…
