Question : hello i have been having a bit of discomfort when i urinate also when i ejaculate it is uncomftrouble and i get a bit of pain in my testicles that runs down to my rectum

Would that also cause a bit of burning when I pee it b isn't a lot but it is uncomfortable and it is not every time I pee. And the sensation I get under my testicals that goes to my rectum makes me feel like I want to have poop but I don't go. Can all this be caused by what explained earlier?
