Brief Answer:
Can be a muscle cramp.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.

The stuck feeling in the foot can be due to a muscle cramp or a mild nerve root compression at the level of the lower spine. An MRI scan of the spine can help in diagnosis.

Till then it is best to start stretching the muscles in the area under the guidance of a physiotherapist.

For symptomatic relief, you can also take Methylcobalamin supplements and oral muscle relaxants after getting the blood levels of vitamin B12 evaluated.

I hope this answers your query.

In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.

Wishing you good health.
Regards.
Dr. Praveen Tayal.
