Hello
Thank You for contacting HCM. My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.
I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. Most common cause of difficulty in urinating during elder age is increased prostate size. It results in obstruction to outflow of urine resulting in difficulty in urination. There are certain tests to confirm the diagnosis. I would suggest you to once visit hospital and get an ultrasound KUB done. It will give weight and current status of prostate. If its size is increased then take the report to a "Consultant Urologist". He will initially put you on medication to see improvement.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
