Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I had gone through your problem and understand your discomfort very well.

I would like to tell you that as you were taking antidepressant drugs like zoloft and venlafaxine and both these drugs can cause sexual dysfunction, but this side effect is very rare. I have rarely seen this problem with these drugs and that even with only 3 day course. These are very good antidepressant drugs and also well tolerated by most of the patients. I want to know whether you are taking any other drug for any long term illness.

I also want to ask whether you had gone for urine examination or not. If not, then i would suggest you to examine your urine for routine and micro examination, because urinary tract infection can cause such discomfort.

Waiting for your response.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If your urine report is normal, then i don't find any major issue at this point of time and i would suggest you to continue using prescribed antidepressant and get help of your psychiatric for proper counseling.

Don't worry and get relaxed. This might just be because of your anxiety, so take regular treatment with your psychiatric and also go for regular psychotherapy. It will be alright soon.
