Question : I had a urinalysis done and my RBC ua is 11-30. I was on my period while taking this. Did that have anything with the high number?

Yes, while you are with your period,urine may be contaminated with the blood of your menstruation.
In this case the blood in urine is from your period---false positive result.
You need to tell your doctor that you had your menstruation while you did the test and / she will decide to do the test again or not.
