Question : i usually get cervicle mucus on day 17 or 16 of my cycle . this month i got this really dull and tacky stickky discharge tht is tinted a little yellow on day 13 of my cycle. why is that ?

Ovulation is a physiological process and can occur anytime during menstrual cycle.
In my opinion it is your ovulation time.
If discharge is not associated with itching and not having any foul smell than there is no need to worry.
