Brief Answer:
Upper respiratory infection (flu)...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The sore throat, body aches, and fever are signs of flu (viral infection). Feeling your ears like there is fluid in them is indicating inflammation of ear commonly occurring during upper respiratory viral infections.

I advise to:
- take anti-inflammatory drugs (acetaminophen, ibuprofen) for body aches
- increase fluids intake (water, juice, etc.)
- take oral antiseptics to ease inflammation of throat
- gargle with water and salt
- take 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of olive oil and keep them in your mouth as long as you can
- if you have runny nose, can use saline nasal drops/spray
- aerosol therapy can help ease breathing and sore throat

If the symptoms will persist for another couple of days, then, should see your family doctor as you might need a course of antibiotics and ear drops containing antibiotics.

Wish fast recovery!
