Question : Respected,
I had taken some outdoor food from Subway and same day got my throat infected.
Took anti-biotic for 7 days along with 1 more tablet that my ENT prescribed.
BUT THEREAFTER, I have continuously feeling little heaviness in my upper
chest AND getting phelgum in every couple of hours for the last 1 month.
Everytime i eat some thing, simple meal, biscuit, tea, cold, anything, after eating
i feel like phelgum is ready to spit and than with a little cough i need to spit it out.
I am worried that there may be any infection.
Any chest infection diaganose which should i go for..?
Kindly convey you expert medical opinion.
Thanks & Regards,

Respected,
due to some un-avoidable occupations, i couldn't get back to
you.
MORE Symptoms i found are:-
1. I got my mouth sore under the tongue, from last 3 days.
2. Indigestion with gas passing.
3. After sweating, I never smell like now, since my childhood.
Kindly explain a bit more about your treatment. And guide me with your expertise opinion.
ALSO Please provide me the exhaustive list of tests. Because i don't
want to let the single symptom un-treated.

Brief Answer:
vitamin deficiency, stress, gastritis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
Mouth sore under the tongue can be because of vitamin deficiency, stress, or autoimmune disorder.
It can be treated with oral steroid, vitamin supplement and steroid cream.
Indigestion can be treated with probiotics, proton pump inhibitors with prokinetcs drug. Like pantoprozole with domperidone combination. You need to take this medication 30 minutes before food.
For mouth sore I suggest you local anesthetic gel like ora gel or zytee gel. Multivitamin tablets once a d a day after lunch. You can get these medications over the counter.
Difference in sweat smell is not suggestive of any disease.
Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
