Question : Last night I woke up and couldn't get my breath. The couple of days before my throat was irritated. I exercised very hard the day of the night I woke up and couldn't get my breath. The same night I went back to sleep. And now today I have now and then cough. But the thing is I never lost my breath that way. I was really weezing. I thought I might die.

I have read your query.
I think I would be able to help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible exercise induced headache.
This is a common problem that arises when one does too much unaccustomed exercise.
I however think it would be prudent to rule out a cardiac condition before attributing your problems to headache.
I therefore suggest that you get an ecg and Echocardiography.
