Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Your symptoms look like that of Allergic rhinitis. This could be a part of viral syndrome.
I need following details to help you better:

1. Since when are you having this?

2. Is this ongoing from long time? Or has recently started?

3. Why did you get your CBC done 2 months back?

4. What all medicines you have been taking?

Hi.

This started 28 hours back.i got cbc done as i had bleeding from my nose and mouth. I got the check with everything normal and dr said maybe i had severe infection in my left ear so maybe due to infection this happened so when i went to ENT to get the check up so he asked me to go for cbc.

I am not taking any medicine these days only i take some times disflatyl if i havd gases.

I went to dr but i was not satisfied as he just gave me anti biotic ciprofloxacin and anti allergy and fevadol for temprature , cant i do home remedy and get rid of this infection .

Brief Answer:
Seems to be Viral fever

Detailed Answer:
Hi, based on your history, it seems to be viral fever. You should take Paracetamol for fever and body pain along with Anti allergic drug like Levocetrizine. If your fever persists for more then 3 days, you would require antibiotics.
At home you should do warm saline gargles and steam inhalation.
You may sip lukewarm water with honey for symptomatic relief.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
