Question : Sneezed and hada sharp pain in throat. Feels sore to touch. Feels like i have a lump in there. What should i do?

With a forceful sneeze it is possible that you might have caused to some degree up local inflammation in the back of your throat.
As long as you are able to breathe and swallow it would be reasonable to use some ibuprofen. You might want to use two or three tablets of ibuprofen every eight hours for the next 24 to 48 hours.
if your symptoms do not improve or things get worse than it would be reasonable for you to talk about this with your primary care doctor.
