Brief Answer:
Acute pharyngitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query
Your daughter is probably having bacterial infection of the throat. Her nasal congestion is also due to infection. The body aches can be explained with thus only.
Instead of Alerfast M which is an anti allergic, she must be given a combination of levocetrizine and phenylepherine twice daily . Give her antibiotic also like cefixime 200 mg twice daily. Give paracetamol for fever.
So warm salt water gargles.
Take lozenges for symptomatic relief.
Steam inhalation.
Do everything for 5 days.
All the medicines I prescribed are available only on prescription.
Wishing her a speedy recovery
Any further questions are always welcome.
Thanks and regards
