                                    Brief Answer:
stylalgia. needs clinical evaluation.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
thanks for your query.
In my opinion throat pain radiating to the ear, sharp pain. More in night can be because of 2 reasons. 1. throat infection, 2. Stylalgia. Both needs clinical evaluation and treatment.
Empirically you can take anti inflammatory medicines like aceclofenac 100 mg tablet for 3 to 5 days. Consult doctor as early as possible.
Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
