Question : Hello,

I have been having throat pain while swallowing from past 2-3 days and got blood test and Ultrasound done to check for Thyroid symptoms. Please find attached reports of the same and could you please advise if this seems like an infection or if I need further tests or medication.

Reports suggestive of thyroiditis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

1. CBC is normal.
2. TSH is low.
3. USG suggestive of nodule with Lymph nodes. Though the size of nodule is not mentioned.

Suggestions:
1. Repeat TSH and FT4.
2. FNAC of nodule
