Brief Answer:
you are having a tonsil infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello

The white bumps which you are noticing is most likely due to the tonsil infection called tonsillitis , this is also the reason for your pain.

I will start you on antibiotics for it and I would like you to meet your ENT doctor for the prescription. Your doctor will also ask you to do a strep test and may take a throat swab for culture and sensitivity.

For the time being i would like you to avoid hot and spicy food and start gargling with warm salt water 2-3 times a day , it will help you recover early and reduce your pain.

Take care
