What Causes Throbbing Pain In Head?

Question: I have had a right nasal scab for years and now whenever I bend over I get a throbbing pain that feels like my head is going to explode. This also occurs if I masterbate. My neck/shoulder area is also very sore. Do I need to worry? I have visions of a tumor that I would like to put to rest. Thank you, DH

Hello

Please dont worry ,from your symptoms it is unlikely that you are having a tumor although you may be having a migraine.

Although it may not be classical migraine , but considering your history it is most likely to be a migraine and i would like you to meet your neurologist for examination and confirmation of the diagnosis.

Scabbing is not normal and indicates that you may be having a small persistent infection in the nose and may need to apply local antibiotic ointment like mupirocin for treating the same.
