Brief Answer:
Get investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

Is there a strong pain or just a strong pulse, I usually advise my patient as following.

In my opinion your symptoms are mainly due to increase uric acid levels, if there is not trauma previously.

So I advise you to have serum uric acid, ESR, CRP levels, and xray of foot focusing great toe in AP and oblique done and send me the report.

Till then have cap.indomethacin 25mg thrice a day by prescription of your family doctor its not over the counter.

Avoid high protein diet, add a lot of liquid to your diet.

Avoid alcohol and smoking.

I hope you got the point.

Thanks,
