Question : I am 14 weeks pregnant with twins. I was just wondering today I threw up about 2 tablespoon fulls of blood & that happens when I don't have food in my stomach. What should I do ? I can't constantly eat because I throw up everything that I eat.

                                    Brief Answer:
consult with a gastrologist
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.
Blood from your stomach if you have had nausea and vomiting during the first trimester of pregnancy may be from the damage of blood vessels of your stomach or esophagus.
But if you haven't had vomiting during the first trimester you should go immediately to Er to determine the cause of blood from your stomach.
Hence better for you is to contact with a health care practitioner to take first aid.
All the best
