You need more time to assess.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing.

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

You are taking enough medication for the thruhs but here i would like to add that iron deficiency can cause decreased immunity and secondly fungal infections tend to get cured slowly.

It may take about 15 days before you start to feel marked improvement. And if there is no improvement in 15-20 days of medication your doctor can raise the dose to 200mg.

I would suggest you to wait and see what improvement you get in 15-20 days and then talk to your doctor about further treatment plan. Five days is too less a time for a fungal infection to improve in setting of iron defficiency.

I hope this answered your question, a
if you have more please feel free to ask.
