Brief Answer:
tickle sensation in the throat and likely causes

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

Welcome to health care magic!

I am Dr. Saddiq Ul Abidin. I have read your problem in detail and will try to help you in best way possible.

See, this tickle can be due to variety of causes which cause irritation or inflammation inside pharynx or throat.

It can be due to enlarged tonsils, pharyngitis, adenoids, post nasal drip or some tongue papillae but most common are because of local allergic, viral or bacterial infections.

Using anti histamines like cetrizine can help with itching alongwith anti inflammatory drugs like acetaminophen if throat hurts too. If fever spike or cough isn't there si using antibiotics isn't needed yet.

Using hot beverages and steam inhalations may help.

You should also try gargles with XXXXXXX warm saline water.

If problem aggravates then visit an ENT specialist for detailed examination of throat.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. kindly rate me before closing, and leave your feedback if possible.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ul abidin.

Brief Answer:
using anti histamine with other drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Yes you can. As you are already on anxiolytic medicines like clonazepam so I would recommend you to use non sedating anti histamine like cetrizine, loratidine or fexofenidine to avoid over sedation.
