Question : Hi. I am feeling very light tickling sensation under my right side of the chest, below stomach somewhere near right side ribs. I dont feel like wearing clothes and if i am in clothes, i am always trying to keep adjusting the clothing touch as clothing touch irritating me in that area. I have no pain, no allergy or itching in that area. Its just that when i am with clothes Tshirt, that area i am always trying to adjust by shifting the clothing as it is some kind of irritation, uneasiness while the clothes are touching that area. No pain, no allergy, no rashes or numbness.

Such sensation could be a marker of onset of shingles.
Just observe for few days.
If you develop water filled lesions you should meet a dermatologist.
For now apply a moisturiser in the affected area.
