Possibly.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.
Blood thinning medicines like warfarin may cause bleeding in skin.Prothrombin and INR needs to be monitored for that.Elevated PT/INR increases the risk of bleeding.
Please tell what medicine you are taking and what is your latest PT/INR report?
Statins don't usually cause bleeding manifestations.
Please follow up with further query.

                                    Brief Answer:
Not likely due to medicines.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow up.
In that scenario, ecosprin and statins are not the likely cause. Please get yourself examined by a skin specialist. He will probably be of help.
Once the other pathologies are ruled out, only then a trial to stop the medicines can be undertaken.
By the way, what is your age?Is it so that skin is fragile due to ageing effects?
