Brief Answer:
Most likely you're having a band of adhesion between frenulum and glans penis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for query.

1. Based on the facts that you have posted it seems that you have a band of adhesion between Frenulum and Glans of Penis preventing full erection and giving pain while erected.

Normally it freely XXXXXXX foreskin that acts like a sleeve during movements during sex and gives the sensation of pleasure. This adhesive band will pose a difficulty during penetration of the vagina and may get torn during first sex causing severe bleeding.

I would suggest you consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and get the band excised. This is a simple surgery done under local anesthesia as an out patient procedure and offers a permanent cure and helps to have enjoyable sex for rest of the life.

2. As regards to your concern about the length of your penis being small, I would state that length of the penis in a flaccid state has no significance at all. It is the hardness of the penis on erection that is important for penetrative intra vaginal sex.

The length of the penis will also increase after surgery.

Hope I have answered your query, please feel free to ask if you have more questions, I shall be happy to help you.

Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
There will not be any change in sensation of pleasure of sex

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

The tearing of adhesion during sex may be irregular and may bleed heavily .

The surgery is very simple and takes 15-20 minutes and wound will heal up within a week .and may take long time for healing .The cost varies from Hospital to Hospital .You have to contact Urologist as regards cost .

Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
It is hardness of penis on erection that has importance

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .Length of the pens will also increase by 1/2 inch after exccision of band ,

On arousal woman's vagina becomes 4 inch in length and is capacious enough to accommodate hard erected penis of 4 inch in length to have sexual satisfaction without any pain .It is the hardness of penis on erection and how long you can sustain erection after penetration and prolong ejaculation that has importance .than either length or girth of penis .

Thanks and Regards
