I get bloated and my bowels are not very regular.
Always tired- foggy/spacey- and feel physical cut off / far / detached / from surroundings. My body feels not present and numb. Everything seems far and disconnected.

Which exercised are good?
I cant put any pressure on my arms on the floor.

What should i eat/not eat/drink considering IBS.
Im very confused as I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder a long time ago and now i dont know where these symptoms fit.
Soup makes me feel a bit better physically.

What foods do i eat drink considering it all? How do i know if i have a yeast infection. i am guessing and i need some answers.
I have been booked to see a shoulder specialist.

Brief Answer:
3 problems

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query
I think I can help you.

From the query, it is obvious you have 3 problems
1. Severe gastritis with extraesophageal manifestations
2. IBS with past history of anxiety
3. Cervical spondylosis with shoulder soft tissue complaints.

The morning cough, throat discomfort and gastritis are one issue. You should be on Pantop 40 mg twice a day, with possibly some more syrup based antacids like sucralfate. Avoid spicy food, non veg food, coffee, tea and alcohol and oils and fatty foods. Also have plenty of fluids and keep head end of the bed elevated slightly. This should help you with the cough.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a common occurance in people with anxiety disorder and the symptoms can persist even after the anxiety disorder is settled. In this case, I usually suggest a high fiber diet- so lots of grains and isapghulla should help you. Also plenty of fluids will be a good idea for you.

Third, the neck problem and the shoulder problem seem to be related. I would need an MRI to prove it, but it sounds like a Trapezitis. This is the muscle that links the neck to the shoulder. It is usually tense in people with type A personality and anxiety disorders. The clicking can be because of the muscle spasm. It would need a very good physiotherapy with TENS.

I hope the information helps you. Please feel free to contact for more details. Please click on Helpful if the information helps. Best of luck. Dr Mittal
