further tests required
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
These symptoms are unusual for someone if your age and I think you ned to reduce smoking and do chest xrays and lab findings to rule out possible pneumonia or bronchitis. It can be treated by inhalators and antibiotics if required but it is necessary to quit smoking. Wish you good health. Regards

hi
Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Well I dont think there is some relation between black stringy stuff in lungs and stool, but this should be evaluated. It may be caused by certain diet or infections but also sign of stomach ulcer or gastritis so you need to do tests I ve recommended and gastroscopy. Wish you good health.
