Question : I have tightness in my chest along the right side rib cage. Should i be worried?

Dont need to worry,unless you have associated symptoms such as breathing difficulties,chest pain,vomiting or fever. In this case you should visit doctor and do chest xrays and ultrasound. Otherwise,this is probably just neiromuscular pain due to intercostal nerve or muscle pulling so yoi should take ibuprofen and rest for few days. Wish you good health.regards
