Question : stomach getting very tight when i have food, nearly 2 to 3 hours i am facing this problem after taking the food

You seem to be having nonulcer dyspepsia. For how long are you having these symptoms.

You should take a course of gut antibiotic like rifaximin, along with a combination of proton pump inhibitors and a prokinetics. Take these for 3 weeks and if symptoms persist then you will need investigations like endoscopy and few blood tests. Any physician near your place can prescribe these medicines.
