Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank your for asking on HCM!

I carefully passed through your question and would explain that it is important performing a comprehensive differential diagnosis between different causes that may lead to this physical scenario:

- an infection
- myocardial ischemia

Have you measured your body temperature?

I recommend going to the ER for a careful physical exam and some tests:

- a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes (Troponin and CKMB)
- a chest X ray study
- some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate, blood electrolytes, fasting glucose, kidney and liver function tests).

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
