Brief Answer:
Probably chest wall muscle sprain...

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Your symptoms do not suggest heart related problem…Coronary Artery Disease (CAD).
Pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, relieved by rest, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on.
However, it is better to have an examination and ECG (Electrocardiogram). If it is normal, nothing more to do – except to go for a Treadmill Exercise Electrocardiogram, if still symptomatic…

Your description is suggestive of chest wall muscle pain and/or from food pipe (Esophagus) or stomach (- relation to eating)…

Appropriate treatment demands accurate diagnosis
Diagnosis demands examination; probably investigation too
GET EXAMINED
In the meantime, Over The Counter acetaminophen can help - / Muscle relaxants help – but may need prescription
Antacid like magaldrate, Proton Pump Inhibitor like Omeprazole or H2 antagonist like ranitidine / Prokinetic agents like Domperidone – can help

Prognosis is generally excellent in such situations

Good luck
God bless you

Nothing in particular
If it is prolonged, changes character, seek help… If related to effort, need cardiac evaluation…
Get basic tests – like cholesterol, sugar etc … for risk avoidance
No tobacco or alcohol
Avoid junk food and do regular exercise

Brief Answer:
Sure -

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Of course, yes – it is NOT heart related

The drug is meant for muscle pain / and the response itself suggests the pain is only muscular

Ignore and enjoy life
