Brief Answer:
Not concerning if it has subsided

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Your tightness in the upper chest could be due to exertion or could be due to a respiratory infection. If it has already subsided you (as mentioned) you need not worry but if it is still persisting, it would be a good idea to visit the ER and to get yourself clinically evaluated.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
