Brief Answer:
Possible Phimosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concerns.
As per your reports, it looks like Phimosis ,a condition where there is preputicial skin tightening.
This requires a surgical correction before it worsens when it can impair urination and sexual activity.
Post your further queries if any.
Thanks

Hello Doctor,
Thanks for the reply..
I don't have any serious problem retracting the foreskin. It is just little bit tight,Still i can retract it completely as you can see in the picture.
Below are my questions,
Still it requires surgical correction?
What is the reason for Pale white color around tip of penis and how to get rid of it?
Thanks for the reply..

Brief Answer:
Circumcision will be a safe option
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concerns.
Phimosis has a propensity to progress gradually.
The color change can be due to reduced blood supply to the penile head.
Surgical correction involves Circumcision ,which removes the preputicial skin around the penile head. This will improve the blod flow to the tip of penis and modify the color to normal pink.
Also Circumcision has many advantages like reducing the risk of sexually transmitted infections and improving the sexual drive.
On a closing note, I still advice you to go for surgical procedure, considering the long term risk benefit ratio.
Please check with an expert Urologist, if he shares my view and if can offer you the procedure.
