Due to compression of nerve fibres at spine.

Hi,

What you experience is known as radiculopathy . It is basically intrapment of nerve fibre at cervical spine. It is not so uncommon in yonger population like you . It is related to computer work, long hour of sitting, lifting heavy weight.

Neck and shoulder stretching and strengthening exercise will help you. For symptoms of tingling , you can take methylcobalamin supplements after consulting your doctor.

I also advice you to get vit b12 and vit D level checked.
